Put Love in Action is the donor and supporter website for the Pregnancy Center in Apopka, Florida.
At the heart of our center is a commitment to supporting individuals in our community who may be facing an unexpected pregnancy. We strive to extend love and compassion to all, providing tools, resources, and education that empower them to make informed, life-affirming decisions.
Our Vision
Our vision is to reach women, men, families, and future generations within our community. Our center exists to empower women to make life-affirming decisions through limited ultrasound services, compassionate advocacy, and education that highlights the value of every life.
Beyond providing free services to confirm and support life, we are committed to building strong relationships and partnering with local churches, businesses, and organizations that share in our mission. Together, we seek to create a community where life is cherished and families are supported.

About Our Founder
Hello, my name is Teresa Sawyer, and I am deeply humbled by the work the Lord has done—and continues to do—in my life. He has taken what the enemy intended for harm and transformed it into something good, for His glory.
At 16 years old, I faced an unforeseen pregnancy and was forced into an abortion. That decision left lasting scars—mentally, emotionally, and physically. Yet, through this heartbreak, I encountered Christ, who began a healing journey in my life. While serving Him, I met my husband of over 27 years. Like many couples, we longed to build a family, but the abortion had left its mark, and I was unable to conceive.
It was through Biblically based post-abortion counseling that I experienced true healing in my soul. That transformation led me to begin volunteering at a crisis pregnancy center, where I shared the love of Christ with women facing similar circumstances. As they discovered the value of life, many chose life for their babies. For those unable to parent, adoption became their path. Through this process, my husband and I were blessed to adopt three beautiful children, who are now grown.
Still, I carried the desire to experience pregnancy. In God’s timing, through a fertility clinic, He blessed us with a son. Along the way, I have served faithfully in church leadership, owned businesses, planned events, and co-directed a pregnancy center.
I believe now, more than ever, as the nuclear family is under attack, we are called to rise up, speak truth, and live out love in action. As I step forward in faith with God’s vision, I invite you to join me. Together, we can accomplish the work He has entrusted to us as good and faithful servants.
